1View or Search Customers

Go to Contacts > Customers > Active tab > Autobackup View list of the current customers with which company is currently dealing. Inactive tab keeps a list of all inactive customers. You can mark any customer inactive if you are no longer dealing with them which you can later reactivate any time. To search any customer enter in the search box.

2Add a customer

Go to Contacts > Customers > Add Customer > Fill all the required details > Save/ Cancel

Click Add Customer button

Fill in all the required details in all the section shown below

Click Save to save the details or Cancel to go back

3Edit a customer

Go to Contacts > Customers > Select customer > Edit button > Edit the required details > Save.

Edit the required details and click SAVE. Click Cancel if you do not want to save changes.

4What if I want to delete a customer?

In Easy we do not physically delete the customer but deactivate the customer . To deactivate a customer.

Go to Contacts > Customers > Active tab > Select customer > Deactivate button

Select the customer you want to deactivate and click Deactivate button

You can view deactivated customers under the Inactive tab.

5Activate a customer if you have accidently deactivated?

Go to Contacts > Customers > Inactive tab > Select customer > Activate button

Select the customer you want to activate and click Activate button

You can view activated customers under the Active tab.

6Get customer statement?

Customer statement gives you till date credit/debit statement for the selected customer.

Go to Contacts > Customers > Select customer > Statement button

Select the customer for whom you want to generate statement and click Statement button

Here you can view the full statement of the selected customer, click “Go Back” to go back to customer screen.

To download the statement tap “Download” button which will export the statement to excel.

To search for transactions between specific dates, select From and To dates > Search buttonAutobackup

7Customer Account Summary

Go to Contacts > Customers > Select customer > Summary button

Select the customer you want to view account summary of and click Summary button

In the following screen you can see the list of Unpaid Invoices, Paid Invoices, Credit Notes and Partially Paid invoices for the selected customer.

To download the statement tap “Download” button which will export the statement to excel. Click “Go Back” to go back to customer screen.
