Adding a new business is simple. Open “My Portfolio Page” from the company drop-down. menu at the right corner and click on “Add New Business” button
A new Business Details screen will open. Fill in the details by providing the name of your company, organization type as well as select the subscription plan from the drop-down menu. Tap “Next” to continue.
Provide required details about your business location and the currency you are going to operate in. Tap “Next” to continue.
Provide necessary business inception dates as well as fill in the start and end date of the span of time you want to use this software. Tap “Next” to continue.
Give details if your company is a registered GST enterprise. If it is not registered, click “No/don’t know” to continue further. If it is a registered company, click “Yes” and provide all the required details of the registration date, number etc. Tap “Next” to continue.
If your business is GST registered then enter GST registration date, GST number, GST return Frequency and select GST Accounting option.
If your business is GST registered then select the GST scheme your business is registered for. If your business is registered for Standard scheme then select Standard else select standard Composition Scheme.
If you are an accountant then you will get an option to select chart of accounts template from the list of predefined templates you have created.
If you would like to feed in your Bank Details into the software, fill the fields with all your bank details and tap “Done”. If you would like to skip this step, simply click “Skip” to finish your company set-up.
Your company set-up process has ended. You can now “Go to your account” and start using the accounting software.
